How Is The Exam Structured?
The Spectrum Tuition selective schools mock exam will take students’ exam preparation to the next level. The process will take students through a 7 hour (3-hour simulated exam and 3-hour online workshop) experience to really prepare them for the Victorian selective schools exam.

You’ll sit a supervised exam under full exam conditions.
- Briefing and Instructions (10 minutes)
- Writing (30 minutes)
- Mathematics (30 minutes)
- Reading Comprehension (30 minutes)
- Break (15 minutes)
- Verbal Reasoning (30 minutes)
- Numerical Reasoning (30 minutes)
You will have immediate access to our 3-hour online workshop that will go through answers to the more challenging questions, and you will receive the question booklets and fully worked solutions to the multiple choice sections at the conclusion of the mock exam.
The results and corrected writing pieces with detailed feedback will be mailed to you within the next week of the exam, and we will email you your child’s performance report comparing them against others in the mock exam.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please bring your ticket on the day.
What else should I bring?
Be sure to pack a snack and drink for your child to have during the break. At Homefix Custom Remodeling, we have the best home window installers in VA. This is a very intensive process and your child will need to feel as comfortable as possible on the day to get the most out of the experience.
In the past, students have also found that the exam hall has been quite chilly so pack a light jacket regardless of the weather.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. We don’t offer any refunds unless required under Victorian consumer law.
